Arras Creations provides 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return your unused item within 5 days upon receipt of the shipment for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling). Excluded from this policy are custom made orders. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Any returned item should be packaged carefully and include all original packaging material, pouch or box. All items returned must be undamaged, unused, in the original packaging and include all parts. We suggest you return your item with an appropriate amount of insurance in the event of loss or damage.

Refund or exchange will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of the items. Arras Creations will not be responsible for items damaged in transit and refunds or exchanges may not be issued for damaged items.
